Writing
Why Should You Write?
When you find yourself living in a time of job loss on every side, prices rising higher and higher every day. What can you do?
Well I would suggest start looking around you, what do you see?
Words, that's what you see, you see them everywhere on the street signs in the store windows on the printed page, on the computer screens. There is practically no where you won't find words, every where you look someone has been writing. Keeping a record of something, writing a story about something,. writing a how to improve your life type book.
Even when times are tight what might you find in your local book store? Have you given up?
Well think about it., now don't be silly. I will tell you. You find books, and you find books written on every subject under the sun.
So what does this tell me? This tells me that someone or lots of someone's have found the one weakness in others that will help them to meet their own income needs.
And that is information, stories, chatting, words, words of comfort, words of direction, words of inspiration, words of wisdom.
So while your a writing someone's a buying.
A writing career can mean the difference between a life in poverty and a life in luxury. But then again maybe not. It all depends on what you write and how well you write and whether or not you market your writing.
So what should you do when you can't find a job, and all the odd jobs you can think to do are long gone, making it odd to find even one job. What can you do? Well you can write about it, write about all the things you have done in your life, write about your life, your friends life, your enemies life, write about your neighbors and your community, write about your pets, the neighbors pets, and write about the cat that discovered how to get on the roof.
Writing is good therapy and if practiced enough may be a way for you to meet the needs of your household.
Writing is money if you practice, practice, practice, so get out your dictionaries and start practicing, practice your grammar practice your spelling, practice your creativity. Let your words leave an impression on this world like nothing else.
Words never die. to write is to live forever in someone's mind.
