High Prices Are They Fueled by Imported Oil?
Something you may not have thought of lately is the price of gasoline has a more direct impact on your life than practically anything else. This is true even if you do not own or drive a vehicle of any kind.
Perhaps you may have had a passing thought that the price of gasoline is having negative results for you. Or maybe you have invested too much time effort and energy into talking about the high prices of gasoline.
Well, as the price of gasoline rises, you'll remember a while back you had wanted to lose weight? Well even if you don't remember that, or it was instead one of your friends wanting to shed a few pounds, they will find this pretty easy to do, these days.
Yes, my dear the high price of gas will have both positive and negative effects on you. If you happen to be overweight, you may find that you have limited funds in which to use to purchase food, so by default you will eat less.
Next you may find due to an unrealistic expectation of just how far you can go on any given tank of gas, you may run out. Especially if it had been your custom to only put five or ten dollars into the gas tank.
While you may have once been able to get away with trickling just a little dab of gas into the gas tank every so many days, now, you may find doing that leads to lots of walking.
Walking to find the nearest gas station so that you can get a gallon of gas to put in your gas tank, so you can then drive up to the gas station and put more gas into your vehicle, you may have to make more than one trip to the gas station to get enough gas to get your vehicle started. So you may be in for an extended workout.
This walking workout may be repeated several times per day or week depending on how far you normally have to go each day or week.
Besides the exercise you will get from running out of gas, and searching for gas stations, you will soon find yourself avoiding fast-food places, and luxury induced shopping, due to the fact you will have to place more dollars into your gas tank.
So the negatives of the rising gasoline prices is everything else will increase in price, everything that must be delivered to any store via way of vehicle or that a gas powered vehicle works to make. Also heating costs will continue to rise as the price of oil continues to sky-rocket.
The positives you'll soon be sporting that slim new figure that you once coveted and greatly desired to have. The negative on that though is unless you are able to sew well; you may find yourself unable to go purchase new clothing because you'll have to make sure you can keep gas in your vehicle so that you may get to work, to appointments and such as that.
The next positive is you may soon find yourself with a bigger bargaining tool when discussing with the liberal environmentalist about repairing the oil wells, and also drilling new wells. You see America does not need to import oil, America needs to drill new wells, repairing existing refineries and building new refineries, and environmentalists need to understand that importing oil is the leading cause of an escalating collapse of the American economy.
Drilling for oil in America will create more jobs, and will help lower the price of gasoline at the pump for all Americans. This will also lower the cost of the groceries in the grocery stores, and will give the American consumer more discretionary income. This discretionary income is money that will be useful in bringing America out from under the bondage created by imported oil, and liberal environmentalist rules, regulations and zoning ordinances.
