Father's Day

Many children a father they don't know.
So many a father has felt the need to go.

Leaving behind a child who would always wonder why...
Was it because of me that my daddy went away. In silence the child will cry.

Soon the child will grow old.
Your father has gone away, will another child these words be told?

A child has only one daddy it's true.
If your a daddy, "I love you's" should always be true.

The happiest children are those who know their dad will never go away.
Staying may be hard to do, but going away, it is a foolish way.

How can you tell your child your words are true.
If you are never there to mend the childhood rue.

Sorrow may come, may go.
But a father should always be there for a child to know.

Every problem can be worked out, if ever there were love in the heart.
So before you are tempted to take that final depart.

Remember a child is watching you.
Is your love true.

Is your love strong enough to stay?
Will your love stay to play?

Is your love too strong to go away?
Maybe it is you say.

But then you walk out the door.
The child see's the door close forever more.

Soon your child will look for another to love, to immitate.
One day your child may follow in your shoes leaving their mate.

This father's day remember if you love your child.
You'll not run wild.

You'll love your wife, you'll say "I love you"
You'll always be faithful and true.

And someday your child will follow in your shoes,
One day your child will say these words to you...

"Happy Father's Day"
You are the best Dad, I'm so glad you stayed.

Each and every day, the words "I love you" will be make all your days a delight.
This world is dark as night.

Every child needs a dad, who is not afraid to stay.
A dad who is not afraid to pray.

Happy Father's Day.
Someone is looking up to you every day, no matter what any say...
So when things are hard don't run away.
