It's Way Past My Bedtime
I'm going to bed now.
I hear the wind blowing.
It's very late, so from this stage I must take a bow.
I've heard reports of global warming, I'm so glad tonight it's not snowing.
I hear the wind blowing.
It's very late, so from this stage I must take a bow.
I've heard reports of global warming, I'm so glad tonight it's not snowing.
I need to go for a walk.
But I'm cold through to the core.
I'm cold tonight so I'll wrap up in a blanket and not talk.
This global warming, it's freezing me to death.
Seriously, I think I must be on the wrong planet.
I heard the reports, perhaps someone needs to hang a new wreath.
I am very tired, so to bed I am going, as the sun has long set.
Goodnight, goodnight, sleep well, cover up well.
I've heard we've got a problem with global warming.
This, my friend, may well be true one day, but of that day who can tell?
The climates may change, but my friend the seasons will continue until the end; soon it'll be spring...
