Speaking of Apple's



"...'One a day, keeps the doctor away..."



'Speaking of apples, of course...



But my friend this apple must be small.
If a medical bill you'd wish to stall.



Then it isn't with an apple you should run your course.
Instead you must leave the dining-hall, early each day.



Moderation, moderation, that's the key.
Eat what you want, it is the only way.



Variety it is the spice of life.
Pick up your coat, put on your shoes, lay down your knife.



 Save the apples for dessert, walk the track while it is day.
"Early to rise", moderation, it is the best way, can't you see.
