Flower Disorder, a poem from 2009

This is a poem that I wrote because my daughter told me that I had a "flower disorder" because that I  used to draw little flowers on scraps of paper, especially when I was upset, which was at times frequent.

Flower Disorder

Scribbling flowers on every page.
Crochet flowers dancing on a stage.

Pretty flowers, pretty flowers
Darkness wiped away by a pretty flower.

Now you know it's no disorder.
Flowers all around the heart border.

Flower disorder, is the hearts shield.
Blocking from view, the wounds the sword did yield...

Scrible, scrible flowers on every page.
Crochet flowers dance across the stage...
